Unlimited Lifetime Warranty

This lifetime warranty applies to all purchases made on Nylon Belt®. We guarantee that our belts will be free from defects in materials and artistry at the time of your purchase. If your belt quits serving its mission, just let us know so that we can replace a brand new belt for free. Unlike the limited lifetime warranty, we offer an unlimited lifetime warranty. In another word, you can claim your warranty as much as you need for the life you own. This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Please note that you will be solely responsible for the shipping charge and only a new belt (without the packaging box) will be delivered to you.

For international customers, we can ship the belts to any country according to your preference. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to the variation of the country’s law, customs, tariffs, and policies.

CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Nylon Belt®.

The email must contain the photo/photos of the defective parts, a short description, and the tracking number of your purchase to speed up the warranty procedure.

Note: Please ensure the defective parts and the fabric label with our logo printed will be shown in every photo.
